I have put a lot of thought lately into the upcoming OS option from Android. What's bothering me most is the issue of fragmentation. You know, that ugly word that offends so many Android fans. No matter how you look at it, Android's upcoming software release throws another cog into the wheel of fragmentation. Just when most hardware manufacturers were finally getting around to Gingerbread, Google throws another update out to further the confusion. And if this update is anything like previous updates, you can pretty much count out one of the hottest selling Android's to date, as in the GSII, from getting it (right away that is). Let me remind you all of the Samsung Epic 4G which is just now getting around to Gingerbread after nearly a year. So my question I guess is to all of you out there. Does this new OS bother any of you? Especially since the new Nexus will be the only device in the immediate future to taste such a delicious treat.
